Homemade Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and salt.
    Carefully fold into potatoes.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    I add extra cheese to mine, if available.
    Yields 8 servings.
