Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 split chicken breasts
    1 small onion, whole
    1 stalk celery
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 10 oz. can cream of celery soup
    1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. almonds, sliced
    2 large cans chow mein noodles
    2 6 oz. cans water chestnuts
Preparation
    Precook chicken in salted water with whole onion and stalk of celery.
    Bone chicken and cut into big chunks.
    Combine all ingredients and toss lightly like a salad.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
