Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach
    2 pieces tomato
    2 to 3 eggs
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 red onion (optional)
Preparation
    Boil 3 cups of water (to save time); put eggs in and bring to a boil until eggs are hard-boiled.
    Rinse your spinach thoroughly. Place spinach in boiling water for a minute.
    Strain water off spinach.
    Place your spinach in a bowl with sliced tomatoes on top and sliced eggs as garnish.
    Mix vinegar, sugar and pepper in a cup.
    Stir well.
    Pour dressing over your salad.
