Ezekiel Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. hard red winter wheat
    1/2 c. barley flour
    1 1/2 c. rye flour
    1/4 c. lentils
    1/4 c. millet
    2 Tbsp. Great Northern beans
    2 Tbsp. red kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. pinto beans
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 Tbsp. Red Star yeast or 4 Tbsp. regular yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sea salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. honey
Preparation
    Grind beans and grains into a fine flour.
    Mix water, yeast and honey; let sit 5 minutes.
