Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. beef gravy, mix as directed
Preparation

In bowl combine first 8 ingredients.
Shape into 4 patties. Fry in skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes or until done. Remove patties.
Add gravy and mushrooms.
Heat until gravy is thick.
Return patties in gravy.
Serve over noodles or potatoes. Really good.
