Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 large onion
    4 carrots
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 lb. sausage, cooked
    1 1/2 c. American cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, onions and carrots and cook until tender.
    Drain excess water.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Place in large baking dish. Add the already cooked rice, then add tomatoes.
    (Sausage must be cooked and drained.)
    Add sausage (mix into mixture).
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbling.
