Ingredients

1 pkg. almond bark
3/4 c. crushed Starlight mints
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation

Slowly melt almond bark in an aluminum saucepan or 2 minutes in microwave. Remove from heat. Add the peppermint extract. Slowly stir in crushed peppermints.
Spread onto a lightly greased cookie sheet or waxed paper.
Let it sit until it hardens. Break into bite size pieces. Store in airtight container.
Makes about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of ice.
