Holiday Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. unpared potatoes, cooked, drained and cooled
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c .butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Remove skin from potatoes.
Shred potatoes in large bowl. Saute onions in butter until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in undiluted soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes and shredded cheese.
Mix well.
Turn into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with corn flakes, drizzle with 3 tablespoons butter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
