Busy Day Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
8 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown ground meat and drain.
Combine spaghetti sauce with water.
Beat egg lightly.
Combine with cottage cheese.
In large, oblong, glass dish, alternate layers of sauce, uncooked noodles, cottage cheese mixture and cheese slices, forming 2 complete layers and topping with sauce.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat on High for 8 minutes.
Then set power level on 50 percent and cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, turning bowl after 15 minutes.
Top with Parmesan cheese and let stand, covered, 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
