Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lean pork roast
    pinch of pepper
    pinch of sage
    pinch of garlic powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season the meat.
    Place fat side up on rack in roasting pan.
    Insert a meat thermometer through the outside of the fat into the thickest part of the meat.
    Roast 40 minutes per pound; meat thermometer should register 185\u00b0.
