German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

several strips bacon
1 medium onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. sugar
2 or 3 Tbsp. vinegar
water (enough to make thin gravy)
4 to 6 boiled potatoes
Preparation

Fry bacon, remove from pan and fry onion, then add flour, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar and the water.
Dice and add broiled potatoes.
Heat until hot.
Top with crumbled bacon.
