Strawberry Dessert(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Mix flour, brown sugar, pecans and melted butter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes in an ungreased pan, stirring a few times.
Cool and spread 2/3 crumbly mixture in a 12 x 9-inch oblong pan.
