Frosty Fruit Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (juice packed)
1/2 c. walnut halves
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, halved
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 c. coconut
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the undrained pineapple chunks, walnut halves, orange juice and ginger.
Stir to mix well.
Add the strawberry halves, blueberries and coconut.
Toss gently to coat the fruit with juice.
Makes 4 servings.
