Cream Cheese And Chipped Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (2.25 oz.) jar dried beef
    dash or two of lemon juice
    few dashes Lea & Perrins
    Hellmann's mayonnaise (to thin)
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese, lemon juice and Lea & Perrins together well.
    Add dried beef that has been chopped well.
    Use enough mayonnaise to make right consistency for spreading.
    Let sit awhile to allow flavors to blend.
    Taste and add more Lea & Perrins and/or lemon juice, if necessary.
    Spread on any variety of thin bread and cut for party sandwiches.
    If stored in refrigerator, let soften before preparing sandwiches.
