Mexican Breakfast Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    1 can Ro-Tel
    4 eggs
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown the sausage.
    Add the onion, garlic, green pepper, cumin seed and Ro-Tel.
    Mix well.
    Make indentations in 4 spots and add the eggs.
    Cover until poached.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and cover to let cheese melt.
    Serve with biscuits.
