Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets or steaks
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    If fillets are large, cut into serving pieces.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix juice with onion and butter.
    Dip fish in mixture.
    Place in greased square pan.
    Pour remaining mixture over fish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
