Grandma'S Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream
    the sugar with softened margarine.
    Add eggs and beat together.
    Add flour alternating with milk. Add vanilla. Pour into an 8-inch iron skillet (greased and floured).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center springs back.
