Apple Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 1/2 c. apples, peeled, cored and diced very small
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix apples and sugar.
Add oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla.
Mix until well blended.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
