Egg Cheese(Egg Ost) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. whole milk
    4 large eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat milk to scalding.
    Beat eggs slightly; add salt, sour cream and sugar and mix well together.
    Add it, all at one time, to the boiling milk.
    Let all this come to a slow boil until the whey comes, or until the cheese has separated from the whey. Remove from heat and remove the cheese to a dish.
    Drain the cheese by placing it in a colander to drain.
    After it is cooled, serve in individual dishes with sugar and cinnamon on top.
    Serve on lefse, homemade bread or rolls.
