Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. liquid oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts (walnuts)
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. cubed raw apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream
oil,
sugar
and
eggs.\tAdd
as
much flour and spices,
sifted together, as you can.
Add vanilla, apples and rest of flour;
mix well and add walnuts.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
