Microwave Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and onion in 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Cover and microwave for 16 to 18 minutes, stirring once or twice.
    Combine milk and flour in 4-cup glass measure.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add butter and microwave 4 to 5 minutes on Full power until boiling. Stir in salt, pepper, parsley and sour cream.
    Pour over potatoes. Stir.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Microwave on Full power for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Serve.
