Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries, ground (use blender or food processor)
1 orange, ground
1 c. chopped celery
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
2 large pkg. cherry jello
2 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
pinch of salt
1/3 c. grated orange peel
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water and then add cold water.
If jello and sugar are hard to dissolve, use all hot water.
Add salt and other ingredients.
Pour into flat container and refrigerate overnight.
