Turkey Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (approximately 8 slices)
    3/4 c. butter
    1 large lemons, divided
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 pkg. (14 to 16 oz. each) uncooked turkey cutlets or half a 6 lb. turkey breast, thawed and cut into 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Place bread crumbs on wax paper. Dip cutlets into egg mixture and coat with the bread crumbs.
