Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked beets
    1 c. beet juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat together beets and juice.
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.
    Stir into beets, stirring constantly until thickened.
