Beef And Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    8 oz. can biscuits
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and green pepper in large frypan.
    Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt.
    Simmer.
    Separate each biscuit into 2 layers.
    Place 10 halves over bottom of ungreased 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix well 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and egg. Remove meat from heat, stir in cream mixture and spoon over biscuit layer.
    Arrange reserved 10 biscuits on top of meat layer. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
