Rigatoni-Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rigatoni
    3 1/2 lb. beef
    1/2 onion
    1/4 c. flour
    4 small onions
    1/4 c. carrots
    1/4 c. peas
    2 Tbsp. beef drippings
Preparation
    Cut meat into small pieces.
    Dredge with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in melted fat.
    Cut large onion and brown with meat. Place meat and onions in kettle and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
    Half hour before serving meat and vegetables, cook rigatoni and serve in a platter around the stew.
