Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (14 oz.) can water
    1/2 gal. milk
    2 egg yolks plus 1 c. milk in bowl (beat together)
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2-3 bags ice
    ice cream salt
Preparation
    Heat the above ingredients together (don't boil). Pour into freezer container. Layer with ice and ice cream salt until freezer is full.
