Dumplings(Little) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pinch salt
    1 Tbsp. milk
    flour (enough until it is thick enough to drop)
Preparation
    Mix egg, salt and milk.
    Add flour until it is thick enough to drop.
    These are good in soups.
    Use a teaspoon, but heat it up in hot soup.
    Use the front-third of the spoon and your dumplings will be small, but firm.
