Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    2 tsp. chicken stock
    1 qt. water
    2 c. cream
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil spinach in water with chicken stock and potatoes until potatoes are soft.
    Puree and return to saucepan.
    Add cream and seasonings.
    Saute onions until clear.
    Add to soup.
