Easy Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
drop of mint extract
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
Preparation

Put cream into a large bowl and add the sifted sugar gradually.
Stir the mixture smooth.
Use more sugar if it is necessary to have a thicker paste.
Add flavoring.
Put into icebox to chill.
When making into mints, melt in a double boiler and add a few drops of cake coloring.
Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
