Quick Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
2 medium chopped onions
1/2 green pepper
2 Tbsp. (generous) flour
1 tsp. cumin
chili powder (start with 3 Tbsp. and add to taste)
1 or 2 dried red peppers (optional)
salt and pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 medium size cans kidney beans
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onions and green pepper.
Add flour, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic salt and mix.
Add tomato juice and stir.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Drain the cans of kidney beans and add them.
Cover and cook another 30 minutes.
Serve with cornbread or crackers.
