West Virginia Hot Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
salt to taste
2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
8 oz. tomato paste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook until thick, stirring often.
Serve on hot dogs or in a plain bun for a \"chili sandwich.\"
Finely chopped onions and a little mustard add a tasty touch.
