Salmon Croquettes For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 to 16 oz. can pink salmon
    1/2 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Combine well all ingredients.
    Form into patties.
    Roll in flour and fry in a skillet in about 1/4 inch of oil.
    Turn to brown on both sides.
