Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
4 slices bread
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 lb. ground chuck
3 thinly sliced onions
1/3 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine egg, milk and bread; beat until bread is in fine pieces.
Stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg, minced onions and ground chuck.
In skillet, saute sliced onions until golden; set aside. Shape meat mixture into small meatballs and brown in oil.
Remove to 1-quart casserole.
