Cottage Cheese Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1/2 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Stir in vinegar and salt. Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into an 8-inch ring mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold on greens.
    Garnish with more cottage cheese and radish roses. Serves 6.
