Polish Sausage And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 (1 lb.) Polish sausage ring
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix sauerkraut, basil and celery seed in 6-cup baking dish. Make deep cuts in sausage, about 1 inch apart.
Push sausage into sauerkraut mixture to cover halfway.
Dissolve brown sugar in hot water and drizzle over sausage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until sausage is tender.
