Winston Caviar(Better Known As Black-Eyed Pea Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
2 cans white Shoepeg corn, drained
2 can diced Rotel tomatoes, drained
2 bell peppers, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 large bottle Italian dressing
Preparation

Combine all ingredients tossing well to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight. Use as a dip with Frito chips, or eat as a salad.
