Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onion and butter in a saucepan until tender. Stir in cornstarch, wine, parsley, bouillon, salt, water and pepper. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
