Rhubarb Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. diced rhubarb
1 qt. water
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook rhubarb in water until very tender.
Let drain through cloth-lined colander or strainer.
Add sugar; stir to dissolve. Add lemon juice.
Chill to serve.
