Broccoli Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli florets
    2 c. cauliflower florets
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped seeded fresh tomato
    1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
    6 green onions with tops sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red sweet pepper
    1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise (light may be used)
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients.
    Blend together remaining ingredients and toss with vegetable mixture. Chill.
    Yield:
    12 to 16 servings.
