Horseradish Dressing(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. horseradish
3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. fresh minced dill
Preparation

In a small bowl, dissolve mustard with 1 tablespoon water. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. Serve over fish, meats, vegetables or salads.
