Baked Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. choice lamb chops
    1 large can sauerkraut
    2 c. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water (if desired)
Preparation
    Line large baking dish with sauerkraut; place chops on top of sauerkraut.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with brown sugar. Gently pour water in along side of pan.
    Cover and bake in a 325\u00b0 for 3 hours or until chops are tender.
