Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. water
    1 c. quick grits
    3/4 tsp. Lawry's salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2/3 stick oleo
    4 to 5 shakes Tabasco sauce (or more, if desired)
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil. Add grits, Lawry's salt and salt.
    Cook 4 or 5 minutes.
    Add Velveeta cheese, oleo and Tabasco sauce. Cook on low heat until smooth, stirring constantly.
    Add eggs.
    Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
