Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts
Preparation
    Into a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, vegetable oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple.
    Mix well by hand.
    Don't use electric mixer! Fold in bananas and nuts. Pour into a greased, floured baking tin or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
