Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour (slightly round)
    1 c. pecans
    1 1/2 c. apples or applesauce
Preparation
    Cream together eggs and sugar.
    Add 3 cups of flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup pecans, 1 1/2 cup fresh apples or applesauce and 1 1/4 cup of cooking oil; mix well.
    Pour into 9-inch baking pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
