Baked Sole With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sole
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 stuffed olives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish. Dot 3 tablespoons butter on top of fish.
    Heat chicken broth and lemon juice through.
    Don't boil.
    Grease large shallow baking pan.
    Place fish in pan.
    Stir yolks and water together.
    Stir flour and melted butter together.
    Mix with chicken broth and lemon juice.
    Pour over fish.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
