Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bunch broccoli
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 small grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small or 1/3 large pkg. cream cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
    Wash and steam until tender; drain.
    Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour and add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add onion, salt, pepper and cream cheese.
    Stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
    Combine sauce with broccoli in a casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
