Pork Chops With Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

5 to 6 pork chops
4 or 5 strips bacon
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 egg
flour
milk
regular bread crumbs
fettucini noodles
Preparation

Fry bacon in skillet, save drippings.
Mix egg and milk together.
Dip pork chops in flour, then egg mixture, then bread crumbs.
Brown pork chops in bacon drippings.
Pour half of the 1/2 pint of whipping cream over pork chops.
Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Remove pork chops and add remaining half and half to pan.
Heat to a boil; add bacon (crumbled) into sauce.
Pour sauce over noodles.
