Marinated Sunday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tomatoes, sliced in quarters
    peppers
    onions
    carrots (optional)
    vinegar
    water
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Fill container about 1/2 way with vinegar (I prefer red wine vinegar).
    Fill
    to
    3/4 with water and sprinkle sugar on top. Stir
    in and let stand approximately 30 minutes.
    Always served on Sunday at Corapeake Country Buffet.
