Chicken On A Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. fat
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Sift one cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Combine 3 well beaten eggs,
    1 1/2 cups milk, 1/4 cup margarine or butter (melted) and 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
    Mix with dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
    Pour over chicken. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour or until tender.
